Thank you to everyone who told us how they use the Inverloch foreshore. A report on what we heard is coming soon.

Why we’re asking

Council has heard from residents, traders and community groups that this area needs attention. Before we commit to a design, we want to understand which outcomes matter most to the people who use it every day.

  • Read the background documents
  • Compare the proposed options and their costs
  • Tell us what you think before consultation closes

All feedback will be summarised in a report to Council, which will be published on this page.

$350,000 to allocate across 3 options

The proposed options

  • Dune revegetation

    $110,000

Replant 2 hectares of eroded dune with local indigenous species.

  • Boardwalk extension

    $180,000

Extend the boardwalk 300 m east to protect the dunes from foot traffic.

  • Picnic shelters

    $60,000

Two new picnic shelters with barbecues near the surf club.
